SCA3000
Tri axial MEMS Accelerometer
The SCA3000
is a new three axis (tri axial) MEMS accelerometer family targeted for
products requiring high performance with very low power consumption. It
consists of a 3D MEMS sensor element and a built-in signal conditioning
ASIC packaged into a plastic moulded interconnection device (MID).
No external
signal conditioning hardware is required.

• ±2 g or ±3 g measurement range depending on type
• 2.35 V – 3.6 V supply voltage, 1.7 – 3.6 V digital
I/O voltage
• 64 sample / axis buffer memory
• Selectable frequency response
• Size 7 x 7 1.8 mm
• All axis have equal performance
