Acte Components, as a distributor of electronic components has approximately 250 suppliers to the group with a wide variety of product types.
All of our key manufacturers meet the RoHS directive and therefore have addressed their product portfolios. Migration to RoHS compliant products was completed in July 2006.
Naturally we plan stocks as part of our business and since December 2004 Acte has been replenishing with RoHS compliant products, these are noted on our system with a PF suffix.
It is apparent
that there is no commonality from manufacturers with regard to the marking
of the RoHS compliant products. Therefore upon request Acte will place
an easily identified symbol on the packaging for all of our customer’s
products which comply to RoHS directive.

Registration Evaluation and Authorisation (and Restriction) of Chemicals
Acte UK is a Distributor and Agent for manufacturers of Electronic Components and Wireless Technologies The products that Acte UK currently supplies do not intend to release chemicals. We have confirmed this with our main suppliers for whom we import. Acte UK will review the products on a regular basis should the portfolio change.
